I have A love hate relationship with shift work. As much as I love doing early shifts 3am starts are getting harder especially when they are in a row. I am slowly struggling a lot with the early starts and lack of sleep. If anyone has any tips or strategies to help with messed up sleeping patterns, please hit me up!
