Mental wellbeing is important βœ”οΈπŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸŒ»

Over the last couple of days I feel like my mental wellbeing has been at one of my lowest points. I’ve worked a mixture of long and short shifts at my retail fashion job for 10 days straight with no days off. Work, work, work and it’s finally caught up with me. Last night my dog was even making me anxious and I felt like I was losing control over everything. With 4 days off it’s time for me to focus on myself and getting my wellbeing back into shape.

When a flower is dying we nourish and keep it alive by giving it water. In the same way when we feel down, tired and sad we need to nourish ourselves in ways that make us feel happy, fulfilled and relaxed! Practing yoga is one of the ways I like to nourish myself. One of my new year resolutions for 2017 was to practice yoga more regularly (at least once a week). It’s been non-existent so far in 2017 due to a busy work schedule but with a few days off I’m looking forward to going to yoga tomorrow despite the early wake up call haha πŸŒŸπŸ‘ŠπŸΌβ€οΈοΈ
