It’s 11.45pm Monday night, 10 days till I leave for London and I think it’s finally hit me that I’m actually going. I’m starting to worry and freak out a bit especially that I will have forgotten to pack something important. I’m travelling with a friend but she’s never been overseas before so I feel she’s going to be looking up to me for advice. I’m feeling a bit uneasy with the responsibility and trying to get organised to ensure we cover everything we want to do in London.
Does anyone have any tips to help reduce travel anxiety and stress?
